Robert E. Gierman, 83, of Sparta, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Rolling Hills Rehabilitation Center, Sparta. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on August 31, 1924. He grew up in Milwaukee.

     He became a resident of Rolling Hills in 1976. He enjoyed music, bingo and participated in all activities at Rolling Hills.

     Robert is survived by his adopted family, Gloria Pralle of West Salem, Jayne Pralle of Hudson, WI, and Lori (Lester) Windhorst of Zumbro Falls, MN, and all his special friends at Rolling Hills.

      Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Friday at the Rolling Hills Rehabilitation Center Chapel, Sparta, with Reverend Mark Wessel officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Barre Mills.

     Friends may call at the Rolling Hills Chapel on Friday from 2 p.m. until time of services.
