Andrew M. Olsen, 21, of Sparta died Friday, October 12, 2007 in La Crosse. He was born on July 4, 1986 in Sparta to Bryan and Kimberly (Larson) Olsen. He lived most of his life in Cataract, Wisconsin on the Olsen Dairy Farm. He graduated from Sparta High School in 2004. He was presently a finance student at UW-La Crosse and worked part time at Mathew’s Inc. He loved his sports, especially baseball, the Chicago Cubs, and bowling.

     He is survived by his parents, Bryan and Kim Olsen of Sparta; a sister, Jennifer (Matthew) Swenson of Sparta; a nephew, Jeffarey; maternal grandparents, Norman and Beverly Larson of Sparta; paternal grandmother, Elaine Olsen of Sparta; a uncle, Bruce Olsen of Sparta; three aunts, Brenda (special friend, Jen Johnson) Larson of Boscobel, Durene (Juan) Barajas of Universal City, Texas, Janelle (Jeff) Randall of Sparta; many cousins; many great and great great aunts and uncles and his many friends.

     He was preceded in death by his long time buddy, his paternal grandfather, Spencer Olsen.

     Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Lanham-Miller Funeral Home, Sparta with Reverend Jennifer Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Cataract Cemetery, Cataract.

     Friends may call at the Lanham-Miller Funeral Home, Sparta on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
